Every day at Leah’s we make small batches of authentic New Orleans style pecan brittles. Our brittle line includes bacon pecan brittle, pecan brittle, spicy cajun brittle and peanut and coconut brittle. We use Alabama pecans, Louisiana sugar and fresh butter. Because we make our products daily, you will always receive the freshest possible candy. All of our brittles are expertly bagged and sealed. We recommend that you eat our brittles within 2 weeks of receiving them – if you can wait that long!
